Northern Arizona Human Resources Association (NAHRA), is a group of HR Professionals practicing our professions in the beautiful northern region of Arizona. We strive to achieve success for the businesses in which we work, the managers and employees in which we serve, and the community in which we live. We endeavor to provide learning experiences, comradery, and opportunities to our fellow HR professionals in northern Arizona.

NAHRA highly values the superb leadership and guidance from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and therefore, all our members are dual members of both SHRM and NAHRA. Our members enjoy the benefits and opportunities that this dual membership offers.
